Noise Action Plan

Help us reduce the impact of noise on local communities
Have your say on our Noise Action Plan
What is our Noise Action Plan (NAP)
Edinburgh Airport is aware that noise is an important issue for our local communities.
Our NAP will detail how we propose to manage and mitigate noise from aviation operations at the airport. We hope this will enable us to further develop our relationship with nearby communities and other key stakeholders. We have been seeking feedback from communities to help us enhance and improve our proposed plan.
Consultation on our draft NAP was open to responses from November 11, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Once responses are considered and incorporated into the plan the NAP will be finalised. This will then be in place until 2028.
