3.1 A range of Airport Products are available to purchase via the Website. The range of Airport Products offered on the Website is subject to change without prior notice and we reserve the right from time to time, to withdraw or cease to make available any or all of the Airport Products from the Website.
3.2 The price of the Airport Products (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order page when you place an order.
3.3 The Airport Products can only be used in the course of your employment with an approved partner of EAL or for domestic and personal use. Any abuse or suspected abuse of the purchase of the Airport Products will be taken very seriously and may lead to your account being suspended or permanently withdrawn.
3.4 You agree to not do the following:(i) obtain Airport Products for commercial purposes;(ii) resale Airport Products for profit; or(iii) provide anyone with your personal log in details to the Website in order for them to place orders using your account.
3.5 For all Airport Products that are provided by EAL, the applicable terms and conditions for those Airport Products will apply and these can be found on EAL’s website at https://www.edinburghairport.com/help/terms-and-conditions(as varied from time to time).
3.6 We have also teamed up with various partners and you can buy a number of Airport Products which are provided by other providers through this Website. 3.7 You may make a booking for an Airport Product for someone else within your business as long as the Airport Product is to be used in the course of their employment or for domestic and personal use. You confirm that you have permission from that person to make the booking.
4.1 If you choose, or you are provided with, a password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures for the Website, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
4.2 We have the right to disable any password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the Terms.
