Airspace Change
The UK’s airspace is being upgraded as part of the UK Government’s Airspace Modernisation Strategy. Eighteen UK airports, including Edinburgh Airport, are modernising their routes to make our airspace more efficient.
As part of this process, a consultation on our proposals will run from Monday 20 October 2025 until Sunday 25 January 2026. Information on our proposals is available on these pages and in our virtual room.
