Airport Gateway is used to manage applications, track pass requests, and access relevant ID scheme information.
Registered sponsors of the ID scheme can access Airport Gateway using the link below:

Becoming a sponsor
All organisations wishing to hold ID passes at Edinburgh Airport must join the Edinburgh Airport ID Scheme and become a sponsor.

Passes for Diplomats
Embassy staff with diplomatic status may be granted an Edinburgh Airport ID Pass to access the airport. Applicants for an Airport Diplomatic Pass must complete the application form below and undertake General Security Awareness Training (GSAT). Reference Template letters
If you wish to vary the content, please ensure that you do not amend the questions the template letters pose to each recipient - these are set out in the direction that we have to ask you to follow. Please feel free to change certain issues of style or tone and remember that you should use your organisation's letterhead when preparing the letters. All the templates are in Microsoft Word format so they can easily be edited.
