Edinburgh Airport Limited are pleased to offer chargeable vetting services to third parties operating on campus. This is conducted by our highly experienced in-house recruitment team who are responsible for all vetting of Edinburgh Airport Limited and Edinburgh Airport Services staff.
The service includes:
Full airside or landside pass application
5-year reference history verification
Level 1 Disclosure application
Counter Terrorist Check if required (additional cost)
General Security Awareness Training (GSAT)
Upload of all information to ID Gateway
Please note, to use our vetting service your organisation must first be members of the ID Centre’s ID Scheme. You can find details on how to do this here.
The responsibility to verify the candidate’s valid form of identification and determine their suitability for the role will remain with the authorised signatory.

NB: Invoices are chargeable upon completion of the pass. If a candidate resigns or is terminated by the company before the application is complete, charges will still apply.
